💫 How It All Began 💫

For the grand debut of EthCC in Cannes in 2025, the blockchain ecosystem turned out in full force with a packed schedule of side events. Among them was iExec, a leading French blockchain firm, looking for the perfect venue to keep the momentum going once the day's official sessions wrapped up.

🌟 The Client’s Brief 🌟

iExec required a space for 300 guests, with a layout tailored for workshops and keynote presentations.

The requirements included full catering with a cocktail reception and open bar, along with a complete technical setup: sound systems, screens, and microphones.

At the eleventh hour, iExec discovered their event had become one of the most anticipated gatherings of EthCC. We had to quickly scale up capacity by about 60 additional guests—without compromising the guest experience.

🏖️ The Venue 🏖️

The choice fell on an elegant private beach on the Croisette, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean. It was an iconic Cannes setting, perfectly equipped to handle a large crowd while maintaining an inviting, upscale atmosphere.

The beach club was already outfitted with top-tier amenities, including professional sound, lighting, and screens. The flexible layout allowed us to seamlessly adjust the capacity and accommodate the extra guests on short notice.

💬 Results & Client Feedback 💬

The event was a resounding success, both in terms of attendance and overall experience. The workshops drew even larger crowds than anticipated, yet the flow of the evening remained flawless.

iExec was so impressed that they reached out to us again to find a venue for their next event in Buenos Aires. When things go this well in Cannes, the partnership naturally goes global 😉.
