A Cocktail During the French Open in a Paris Haussmann Apartment
đ« How It All Began
The French Open turns Paris into a magnet for brands, and the sharper ones have understood it: the experience doesn't have to start in the stands. More and more companies are choosing a venue of their own to bring guests together before the main event, somewhere with character that feels like them, rather than a standard hospitality box.
That's exactly the idea behind this project. Marathon Studio, a creative production studio reached out to us because they wanted to put on a private cocktail and lounge space for a sportswear brand, gathering around fifty guests for a drink before heading to Roland Garros for the evening.
đ The Brief
- A private cocktail and lounge space for around fifty guests
- A traditional, unfurnished Paris apartment the brand could adapt to its image
- Easy access to Roland Garros, where guests would head afterwards
- Room for a set design team to install its own furniture and decor
đ„ The Chosen Venue

We found a Haussmann apartment a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe, with quick access across to Roland Garros. A venue with high ceilings, parquet floors, mouldings and beautiful natural light.
What made it the right choice was the freedom it offered to lay it out from scratch. The apartment was a blank canvas, ready to take the set design team's furniture and decor with nothing to work around: exactly the point of an unfurnished venue. The host first welcomed the client for an initial visit, then opened the doors again to the catering and set design teams to plan their setup, staying flexible on early-morning load-in to give the production schedule room to breathe.

âš How It Came Together
Behind a cocktail that looks simple sat a lot of moving parts: a host, a catering partner, a set design team and a production studio, all working to the same tight window. Our team stayed at the centre of it, coordinating the visits, settling the load-in and load-out timing, arranging an optional exterior lift for the heaviest pieces, and taking care of the contract, invoicing and insurance, so the client could keep her energy where it truly counts: the brand and the guest experience.
The result: a venue true to the brief on character, capacity and location, booked and organised end to end on the platform.
