Large Event Venues Paris: 4 Picks for 100+ Guests
✨ Finding the right venue for 100 guests and up
Once you go past 100 guests, choosing among large event venues in Paris takes a different approach. Discover all our venues in Paris
You need real guest capacity, rooms with space to breathe, and a venue that fits the format. A plenary and an evening cocktail call for different things. Here are four venues, each matched to one type of corporate event: a sales kick-off, a conference, a networking event and a night cocktail. All of them host more than 100 people, and all of them are private venues with plenty of character.
🏛️ Sales kick-off: an 18th-century mansion
Paris 7th, Saint-Germain-des-Prés · up to 400 guests
Salon in an 18th-century Paris mansion set up for a sales kick-off
What the venue offers
This 18th-century mansion in Saint-Germain has 15 rooms filled with natural light, original mouldings and gilded details. The Grand Salon Quadrille seats 170 in theatre layout for the plenary, and the rooms next door (Salon Blanc, Colonnes, Orangerie) work as breakout rooms. Outside, there's a main courtyard, a private garden and a first-floor terrace for breaks. The head chef and his team cook on site, and the vaulted cellars host the dancing later on. In total, the venue takes up to 400 guests standing and 300 for a seated dinner.
Best for
A sales kick-off runs all day: plenary in the morning, team workshops in the afternoon, then dinner and a party. Here it all happens in one place, from the sales director's keynote to the cellars. Teams change rooms, not addresses. Solférino metro (line 12) and Musée d'Orsay station (RER C) are a few minutes' walk away.
🎤 Conference: a glass-roof venue in Le Marais
Paris 4th, Le Marais · up to 250 guests
Glass-roof venue in Le Marais, Paris, for a conference
What the venue offers
Between Hôtel de Ville and Rue des Archives, this glass-roof venue in Le Marais covers 478 m² in total. The main room is 15 metres by 7, with 5-metre ceilings and a glass roof that lets daylight in all day (blackout options are available). It comes with a stage, a projector, a screen, flip charts and fibre internet. There's also a bar, a kitchen, a large entrance hall and a private room. Polished concrete floors, air conditioning, a minimalist look.
Best for
With 180 seats in theatre layout, a conference gets a bright, clean setting that keeps the focus on the speakers. The private room doubles as a green room or a meeting room for a smaller lunch. Once the talks wrap up, the bar and entrance hall can take a cocktail for up to 250 standing. Rambuteau (line 11) and Hôtel de Ville (lines 1 and 11) metro stations are a short walk away.
🤝 Networking event: a rooftop with an Eiffel Tower view
Paris 16th, Avenue d'Iéna · up to 200 guests
Rooftop with an Eiffel Tower view in Paris for a networking event
What the venue offers
On Avenue d'Iéna, this rooftop facing the Eiffel Tower spreads over 435 m² of terrace. It holds 200 people standing or seated, with a bar, cocktail tables, seating and catering from the host. Wifi, fibre, a projector and a screen are there if someone needs to speak. The on-site team supports the event from planning through to the day itself.
Best for
A networking event works when guests move around. On this terrace, the Eiffel Tower view gets conversations going on its own, and the standing format makes introductions easy. The rooftop suits a business breakfast just as well as an afterwork drink at the end of the day. Hard to beat that view. Iéna metro (line 9) is two minutes away.
🍸 Night cocktail: a villa with a heated pool
East Paris, Picpus metro · up to 130 guests
Villa with a heated pool in Paris for a night cocktail
What the venue offers
This villa with a heated pool is a 19th-century house in glass and solid wood that opens fully onto its garden. It spans 330 m² over three floors, with a 100 m² reception room leading onto a veranda, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garden with a plant wall and outdoor kitchen. The outdoor pool, almost 20 m², is heated all year and has an adjustable floor: deep enough to swim, or shallow enough to have dinner with your feet in the water. Downstairs, the spa (jacuzzi, sauna, jet shower) turns into a club with disco lights and a sound system, at moderate volume.
Best for
For a night cocktail of 100 to 130 guests, the villa offers several moods in one evening: the veranda for the welcome, the garden and lit pool for later, then the spa as a club. It works well for a client evening, a product launch or a team party. In-house catering or your own caterer, your choice. Picpus metro (line 6) is one minute away.
