What you actually plan to do there
Start with the agenda, not the venue. A working session on a specific project needs tables, plug sockets and something to write on, ideally with more than one room if the group splits into breakouts. A plenary with a presentation needs a screen, a projector and a room big enough for everyone to see the same thing. A seminar built around team building lives in the shared spaces and the outdoors instead. These are not the same chalet, and the listing does not always spell it out, so check the theatre-style capacity, whether there is a projector or a flip chart, and how many rooms let people work in parallel.
Travel time from where your team lives
Count door to door, not distance. A chalet three hours from Geneva costs you half a working day each way. Venues reachable by train or close to an Alpine airport buy you back a full session.
The balance between beds and shared space
A venue that sleeps twenty but offers one small lounge will push people to work in their bedrooms. Look at the floor area of the main living space and the theatre-style layout as closely as the bed count.
The season
Winter brings the skiing and the fireplace. Summer and autumn bring hiking, terraces and far more availability on dates. For a two or three day corporate offsite, shoulder season is the easiest window to plan around.

What the venue offers
A converted sheepfold of 450 m² across three floors, with an open view over the valley and the lake, on the edge of the Écrins national park and close to the ski resorts. Its centre of gravity is a large vaulted living room that takes the whole group in plenary. Ten bedrooms, 27 beds, a 2,000 m² garden, a sauna, and a 120 m² top-floor room set up for yoga and meditation. Theatre-style capacity reaches 54 when the outdoor space is counted.
Best suited to
Teams of twenty to thirty who want accommodation on site and a genuine shared space without booking a hotel. It works well for onboarding retreats and for agendas that alternate between workshops and time outdoors.

What the venue offers
An alpine farmhouse in 1760, later a hotel-restaurant at the foot of the slopes, the chalet now spreads 525 m² over four floors between Chamonix and Megève. Twelve bedrooms and suites, 36 beds, a glass-walled office with four workstations looking onto Mont Joly, a projector and a flip chart, and a library opening onto a covered terrace. For downtime there is an outdoor spa facing Mont Blanc, a sauna and a cinema room. The venue is reachable by train, sits on flat ground, and has a lift plus a suite adapted for reduced mobility. The host offers catering and welcomes outside caterers.
Best suited to
Leadership teams and residential seminars that want proper working kit without giving up the setting. Theatre-style capacity reaches 86, which opens it up to conferences and product launches.

275 m² of bright space, five bedrooms, 14 beds and a direct view over the ski area. The large lounge doubles as the shared working room, seating 15 theatre-style. The host is a professional who offers half board and accepts outside caterers, which takes most of the food logistics off your plate on a two day format. Skiing, cycling and horse riding are all bookable on site.
Best suited to
Small teams and sales kick-offs up to fifteen people. It fits particularly well when you want the offsite built around skiing, with a single point of contact for private hire, meals and activities.

What the venue offers
The largest of the four, in the heart of Méribel Village. 600 m² indoors and 800 m² of terraces with a pool, seven bedrooms sleeping sixteen, a professional kitchen and a catering area. On exclusive use, it holds 150 standing indoors and 210 in total counting the outdoor space, with seated dinners up to 30. A sauna, a gym, a sound system and a piano round out the setup.
Best suited to
Executive offsites, brand activations and high-end client events in the Three Valleys. This is the one to hold onto when your daytime guest count runs well ahead of the number of people sleeping over.
