That was exactly the thinking behind this booking. The Netflix team was bringing 25 people together in Paris for their annual offsite, and wanted to round it off with a dinner that felt unmistakably Parisian.

We proposed a 180m² apartment set inside a Régence-style townhouse, right in Le Marais and a few minutes from Opéra. A genuine Parisian apartment, full of character: 18th-century wood panelling, oak parquet, black marble and gilded detailing, all lifted by high ceilings and natural light.
What made it the right fit is that it lends itself to any format. The layout is modular: the apartment can host a seated dinner for the 25 guests, a more relaxed gathering around the lounges and living areas, or a cocktail evening where everyone moves freely from room to room. A 35m² terrace opens off the back, perfect for stepping out for some air with a glass in hand, and music is welcome at an easy dinner-party volume.
