EthCC brings hundreds of companies to the French Riviera every year, and the side events during the congress have become as important as the congress itself. For LI Finance, a DeFi company, the week was an opportunity to do more than attend — it was a chance to activate the brand across two full days, with three distinct events for three distinct audiences.
The brief: a happy hour to introduce the brand, a crypto brunch with female influencers, and a VIP dinner for top clients. All in the same venue, across two days.

Our team coordinated with LI Finance across both days — supporting them in sourcing the catering partner and production agency, while managing access, setup schedules, and logistics for three back-to-back event formats on the same estate. A venue that can host a pétanque afternoon, a brunch, and a VIP dinner in two days requires precise planning, and the host was fully aligned from the very first exchange.
