What Kind of Venues Does Native Spaces Look For?
🏛️ Our Venue Selection Criteria
Native Spaces is a B2B platform dedicated to professional events — from corporate dinners and brand launches to seminars, photoshoots, and congress events.
We carefully select unique venues suitable for professional use, whether they are villas, apartments, restaurants, boutique hotels, galleries, or creative spaces.
Each venue must provide an inspiring setting, impeccable quality, and a professional presentation, aligned with the expectations of our corporate, agency, and brand clients.
🏙️ Apartments and Similar Properties
🏡 Minimum Capacity
- We do not accept apartments with a capacity below 10 people.
- For outdoor spaces, the minimum capacity must be at least 20 people to qualify as suitable for professional event use.
✨ Quality and Style
We look for unique and characterful properties, but also spacious, well-equipped venues capable of hosting seminars or other professional events.
Our clients are companies and agencies — their events require a certain level of comfort, functionality, and professionalism.
👉 If you believe your property could be suitable for professional events, we encourage you to share it with us. Our team will review its potential and advise you on how to best position it for our corporate clientele.
The venues we select stand out for their:
- Charm, character, and personality — no standard or impersonal rentals.
- Impeccable maintenance and careful presentation: tidy, clean, and well-staged spaces.
- Iconic or remarkable views (Eiffel Tower, Sacré-Cœur, Paris rooftops, Invalides, etc.) for apartments or rooftops.
- Spacious, well-kept outdoor areas, safe and pleasant for group use.
- Original, elegant interiors: refined décor, quality furniture, and well-designed kitchens and bathrooms.
- Art spaces, galleries, or creative venues of any size are also welcome if they offer strong aesthetic value.
📸 Photos and Visual Presentation
Photos play a key role in our selection process.
We require that:
- Images are professional, bright, and sharp, offering a clear sense of the venue.
- There are enough photos to understand the layout and flow of both indoor and outdoor areas.
- No photo shows people, animals, or reflections in mirrors.
- The gallery gives an overall impression of quality and consistency, matching the expectations of our B2B clientele.
Venues with poor photography — blurry, messy, or poorly framed images — will not be accepted.
To help you create the best possible listing, we can assist in finding a professional photographer. Feel free to contact us.
🤝 Host Professionalism
We only collaborate with hosts who:
- Communicate in a polite, respectful, and responsive manner.
- Demonstrate professionalism in how they manage and present their property.
- Uphold Native Spaces’ values of trust, inclusivity, and transparency within our community.
