💫 How It All Began 💫
Datacloud is one of Europe's largest congresses for cloud infrastructure and data centres. Every year it brings hundreds of companies to Cannes for a week of meetings, networking and client events.
In 2024, AVK reached out to us with a clear goal: a basecamp in Cannes for the entire Datacloud week. Not just to accommodate the team, but to host clients in a private setting — lunches, dinners, evening cocktails — without the constraints of a hotel. They've come back every year since.

A 300m² villa a few minutes from the Croisette, set in 1,000m² of grounds. Seven en-suite bedrooms, a 12-metre heated pool, pétanque court, terrace with pergola, barbecue and two private parking spaces.
The fully equipped kitchen, generous living areas and landscaped outdoor space allow different formats to run back to back without changing location — team breakfast in the morning, client lunch at midday, cocktails by the pool in the evening. That versatility is what convinced AVK in year one. And what brings them back.

Before Datacloud 2024 was even over, AVK had already reached out to rebook the same villa for 2025. And before 2025 was out, for 2026. Each year the programme has grown — a separate dinner venue added in 2025, an additional space in 2026 — but the villa has remained the anchor.
Our team has supported AVK throughout: coordinating with the host, organising catering, managing additional venues and following up across every edition.
