💫 How It All Started 💫

The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity is one of the most prestigious global events in advertising, marketing, tech, and media. Each year, it gathers thousands of professionals, brands, agencies, and platforms in Cannes for a week of conferences, networking, and private parties.

The 2025 edition took place from June 16 to 20. In this highly competitive context, OpenX wanted to stand out with a strategic venue. Their goal: bring together partners, VIP guests, and clients right in the heart of the action.

🌟 The Client's Request 🌟

OpenX was looking for a venue just steps away from the Palais des Festivals to stay at the core of the event throughout the week. The goal was to find a versatile apartment that could host their team, provide space for business meetings, and allow for evening cocktails. The venue also needed to allow discreet but visible branding.

CANNES LIONS

After exploring several options on the Croisette, Native Spaces recommended a 240 m² penthouse with a terrace located in the heart of Cannes’ Golden Triangle.

This venue stood out immediately thanks to its strategic advantages:

  • Location just steps from the Palais
  • Terrace overlooking the Croisette
  • 5 rooms that they were able to convert into meeting rooms
  • Bright and modern interior design
  • Easy access for deliveries and guest arrivals

The apartment became OpenX’s basecamp for the week: some rooms were transformed into private meeting spaces for key conversations, while the living area hosted cocktails and networking sessions each evening. The 25 m² terrace, overlooking one of the busiest festival zones, allowed for high-visibility branding, boosting OpenX’s presence among Cannes Lions attendees.

Just a short walk from every key festival location, the apartment offered the perfect mix of prestige, practicality, and comfort.
