💫 How It All Started 💫

In 2025, ETHCC (Ethereum Community Conference) was held in Cannes for the first time. The conference, Europe's largest dedicated to the Ethereum ecosystem and Web3, transformed the city from June 30th to July 4th.

For this occasion, Zama, a cryptography-focused unicorn, contacted us to organize an event.

🌟 The Client's Request 🌟

The company planned to host A Breakfast event for 30 to 40 people. The event needed to be held at a high-quality venue and required a microphone for presentations.

🌇 The Chosen Venue 🌇

After presenting several options, the Zama team selected a garden, nestled in the heart of Cannes for the three events. This venue is an exclusive restaurant-bar, hidden behind a discreet facade, offering an intimate setting. Equipped with all the necessary material for a professional event (chairs, screen, microphones, speakers, etc.), it was an ideal location for an effective gathering.

💬 Results and Client Feedback 💬

The event was a success with an unexpected turnout: the number of attendees doubled compared to initial forecasts. The managers had anticipated the high attendance by adding extra food, drinks, and a security agent at the entrance, which allowed them to effortlessly manage the larger-than-expected arrival of participants.
