Exclusive Dinner with Eg at MIPIM 2024

EG, a leader in data and insights for the UK commercial real estate market, aimed to host an exclusive dinner for industry leaders on the sidelines of MIPIM, the premier global real estate congress held annually in Cannes. With MIPIM drawing top professionals from around the world, EG sought to create an intimate, relaxed gathering separate from the main event—a setting conducive to networking and relationship-building.

EG's vision for the dinner focused on creating a private environment that combined sophistication with functionality. Key requirements included:

Private and Exclusive Area: The restaurant was totally privatised for them to guarantee the confidentiality of discussions. There was also a reception area for pre-dinner cocktails to encourage discussion. Food and Beverage Package: EG required an all-inclusive package covering food and wine, plus an open bar during the welcome drinks, featuring champagne, wine, cocktails, and soft drinks. Long Table Seating Arrangement: The setup needed to include two long tables of 15, fostering connection and conversation across the table while keeping the arrangement intimate and organized. Spring-Inspired Decor: The table decor was requested to be simple, with bud vases and tealights in a fresh, Spring-inspired palette to match the season’s ambiance. Low Background Music: Ensuring guests could converse comfortably, EG requested that background music remain at a low volume throughout the evening.

🎈 Chosen Venue & Results

After a thorough search of potential venues, EG selected a sophisticated restaurant near the Palais des Festivals for its versatile ambiance and high-end service. This restaurant provided dedicated areas for both the welcome drinks reception and seated dinner, creating an exclusive environment ideal for EG’s networking goals.

The event delivered on every detail and we are already in conversations to find a new venue for next year’s event.

I want to say a big thank you for hosting us so beautifully on Wednesday evening. I have only had good reports and was told the food was delicious. Compared to some of the venues we could have gone with, we felt yours catered to the VIP clients we were bringing to the room.
