How to Leave a Review After an Event as a Host on Native Spaces

Sharing feedback after an event is essential: it helps highlight great organizers, improve overall experiences, and strengthen trust across the platform. That’s why we’ve introduced an important update: hosts and organizers can now leave a review for each other after every event.

💬 How does it work?

Once an event has ended, you’ll receive a notification inviting you to leave a review about the organizer.

At the same time, the organizer will also be able to rate your venue and your hosting.

Here’s how to leave a review on Native Spaces

Once your event has ended, go to the event page in your account.

➡️ A pop-up will automatically appear asking you to share your experience.

Step 1: Rate the overall experience

Start by explaining how the event went with the organizer.

Be honest and mention both the positives and the negatives to provide a clear overview for future hosts.

Step 2: Rate specific aspects

A. Communication

Give a rating from 1 to 5 based on responsiveness, clarity, and respect in your interactions with the organizer. Good communication is a key factor for a successful event.

B. Respect for venue rules

Indicate whether the organizer followed your guidelines (venue use, schedules, agreed conditions). You’ll be asked to provide a rating from 1 to 5.

C. Cleanliness after the event

Give a rating from 1 to 5 based on the state of the venue once the event was over.

D. Would you host this organizer again?

Simply answer Yes or No. 👉 This response is valuable in building trust between hosts and organizers.

Step 3: Write a private note (optional)

You can leave a confidential message that will only be visible to the Native Spaces team.

➡️ This is the right moment to flag any important detail or share specific feedback.

Step 4: Submit your review

Click “Submit” to save your review.

A confirmation message will appear: click OK to finalize.
