A live podcast recording. 150 invitation-only guests. Cocktails on the Croisette. When Karpatkey, a leading DAO treasury management company, came to us with their EthCC side event brief, the concept was already clear. A high-level experience built around conversation.
The challenge was finding a venue that could hold a live recording setup and a relaxed cocktail atmosphere at the same time.

The only venue on the Croisette entirely dedicated to events. 700 metres from the Palais des Festivals, two buildings for 570m² of fully modular spaces, sea views and a large outdoor terrace.
The main room faces the sea directly and offers natural light, panoramic views, professional sound and video system built in. The terrace, covered up to 90m², handles the cocktail and guest flow outside. On the upper floors, six private lounges with views over the Croisette, ideal for smaller conversations. Over 40m² of display space on the façade, visible from the boulevard itself.
For a live podcast format that needed both staging precision and a relaxed cocktail atmosphere, the venue delivered both.

Our team coordinated the full project alongside the client, their event agency and the production team — venue configuration, sound setup, staging for the live recording, catering flow and guest management.
