Custom rules
As this is a residential area, the volume of noise must be kept to a reasonable level and reduced after midnight.
Due to the high risk of fire and many bad experiences, smoking is forbidden outside the strictly defined perimeter (your celebration will be immediately interrupted if a cigarette butt is found on the ground)
Children must remain under the supervision of their parents: the estate is made up of low walls and unprotected stone steps
Cancellation Policy
Strict : If the booker cancels up to 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.
If the booker cancels 30 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
