The price is 35 euros per person, this decreases from 70 people. regarding small events for a few people the price will be negotiated with the owner.

Custom rules
I ask that the premises be respected. A deposit of 600 euros will be required and will be returned on departure after the premises have been cleaned.
Music is authorised at high volume until 1 a.m. then at lower volume until 4 a.m.
In accordance with the law art 1390 of the civil code, the deposit paid will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Strict : If the booker cancels up to 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.
If the booker cancels 30 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
