Trendy architect apartment in the heart of Paris

Very beautiful apartment renovated at the end of 2022 by an architect with luxurious custom-made furniture (walnut furniture, period parquet flooring). The main room is large and will surprise you with its very high ceilings (3 meters).

It is located in the vibrant heart of Paris, just behind the Grands Boulevards and a stone's throw from the Sentier and the Opéra Garnier. Pigalle and the Marais are only 15 minutes away on foot. It is the ideal location for your work meetings or events. At the foot of the building you will find several metro lines but above all a multitude of trendy restaurants and bars.

You can work on the wooden table but also on the very comfortable sofa in the living room or on the armchairs. A large TV in the library will allow you to project your presentations.

The main room overlooks the courtyard, so very quiet. As a bonus, from the living room, you will have access to a small flowered terrace which overlooks the courtyard, an ideal place to get some fresh air.

Small clarification: a large mirror was installed on the entire wall above the living room sofa in order to enlarge the room (instead of the painting hung on the wall, to keep in mind for filming / photo shoots) . It was not yet installed when the photos were taken. This makes it possible to enlarge the main room. I can send you an additional photo if needed.
