With a double living room of 80 m² on the ground floor, ideal for large parties and cocktails, and 10 separate spaces on two floors for productive working days, it adapts to any type of event. Cancellation Policy

Flexible:If the booker cancels up to 14 days before the event, they will be refunded 90% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels between 7 and 14 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels 7 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
