2. **Choose your previous event**: On the request page, go to the **"Choose or create a new event"** section. You'll see your previously created events there.  
3. **Select your event**  
4. **The information auto-fills**: As soon as you select the event, all the details (date, time, event type, guest count, etc.) will be automatically filled in the request form.

# Italy in Cannes: A Unique Event During ILTM  

## **💫 How It All Began 💫**  

More and more brands are choosing to host their events outside major convention centers. Why? To offer their guests more personalized, immersive, and authentic experiences, away from traditional settings.  

With this in mind, luxury hotel chain Auberge Resorts once again entrusted us with organizing two events this year. After a successful collaboration last year, they chose to work with us again to create even more memorable moments.  

## 🍹 **Two Visions, Two Events** 🍷  

This year, Auberge Resorts envisioned two unique experiences:  

- **A lively and festive cocktail reception** for around a hundred guests, with a central theme: bringing Italy to the heart of Cannes.  
- **An exclusive and intimate dinner**, reserved for about fifty top executives, in a high-end setting.  

Each event had a clear vision and required venues that could bring these ideas to life.  

## 🏛️ **The Chosen Venues** 🏛️  

### 🍹 **For the Cocktail Reception**  

The perfect setting was found in [an Italian restaurant](https://native-spaces.com/venue/1398), ideally located just a five-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, in the heart of Cannes’ Golden Square.  

To create a truly immersive experience, the Auberge Resorts team wanted to transform the venue and transport guests straight to Italy.  

They brought this vision to life by recreating a traditional **buchetta del vino**, or Italian wine window—charming arched openings found in certain cities, originally built in the 16th century for wine sales.  

To achieve this, they installed a faux wall in front of one of the restaurant’s windows, complete with a small exterior bell. Guests could ring the bell and receive a glass of wine in return, recreating the magic of this historic tradition, which has recently made a comeback.  

Adding to the charm, the team introduced a classic artisanal ice cream cart. But instead of serving gelato, it featured a selection of local liqueurs, adding an unexpected and authentic Mediterranean twist.  

Guests were also treated to a unique menu, the result of a collaboration between an Italian chef and the restaurant’s French chef, blending traditional flavors from both countries.

The holiday season is the perfect time for many companies to thank their employees for a year of hard work.

In this spirit, Oliver Wyman, a renowned strategy consulting firm, decided to organize a special day for their employees and their children. To ensure a warm and memorable experience, they reached out to **Native Spaces** to assist them in finding the perfect venue.

Oliver Wyman contacted Native Spaces to organize a Christmas event dedicated to the children of their employees.

### **Specific Requirements:**

- **Capacity**: A venue that could accommodate **70 people**, including **25 children**.
- **Suitable Space**: Spacious enough to host Santa Claus and other activities.

## 💚 Native Spaces' Response 💚

Native Spaces proposed several venues that met the client’s needs. After conducting site visits to allow the Oliver Wyman team to experience the venues in person, they selected a retro-futuristic style venue.

Although they initially planned to use their own caterers and entertainment providers, they ultimately chose the ones recommended by Native Spaces to simplify logistics.

## 💼 The Chosen Venue 💼

Oliver Wyman selected [an atypical retro-futuristic venue](https://native-spaces.com/venue/3796) located in Paris's prestigious Golden Triangle, in the 8th arrondissement.

Designed by architect Jessica Mille, the venue offers a main hall and lounge totalling 150 m², along with two mezzanine lounges of 16 m² and 14 m². The space is filled with natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and is conveniently close to metro stations, bus stops, and parking facilities.
