There is a 3 m2 sunny balcony with table and chairs. It is allowed to put advertising banners on the balcony which will be visible from the Croisette.



The kitchen area is fully equipped with a hob, grill, oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. In addition, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry area outside the apartment.



Both bedrooms can be set up as either doubles or twins and each having en-suite shower rooms with double basins and toilets. There is also a flat screen TV in the master bedroom. There is also a separate guest toilet.
