Location in the city center, the sound volume must comply with regulations (times and decibels) and the end of the rental is 11 p.m.

Cancellation

Strict - Strict: cancel more than 30 days prior to the event to get a 50%* refund of the price (full booking amount)

Additional Information

Price of minimum €400 excluding VAT, then €12 per person
Minimum cleaning fee €120 excluding tax (depending on the number of people and the surface area used: interior, exterior, kitchen)
