- Bastide with 5 bedrooms (190 m²) including open space kitchen / dining room / living room of 70 m²
- Terrace area in front of the country house (150 m² terrace + 300 m² garden with summer kitchen/outdoor bar equipped with a plancha),
- Olive tree park 8000 m² terraced and vegetable garden area: 300 m² with an old wash house
