Internal Rules of Villa Loft Oasis Prestige

1. Arrival and Departure
Arrival is scheduled between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Please respect this schedule to allow optimal preparation for your stay. Departure must be before 4:00 p.m. Any late departure not previously agreed could result in the application of late payment compensation.

2. Responsible and Respectful Use
All equipment and facilities must be used with responsibility and respect. Any act of intentional deterioration or improper use binds your deposit. Any serious breach of the rules, abusive use or significant disruption may result in an immediate termination of the rental.

3. Noise pollution and respect for tranquility
We ask all our guests to respect the tranquility of our neighbors. Any excessive noise disturbance between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. is strictly prohibited. Only the soundproofed cinema room can host noisy events with the doors closed. Actions may be taken, including immediate termination of rental and legal action in the event of repeated complaints.

4. Pool Safety
The villa does not have specific safety devices for the swimming pool. Use of the swimming pool is at your sole responsibility. The presence of children unaccompanied by adults is strictly prohibited. Only the patio leading to the swimming pool can be closed with a lock.

5. Surveillance Cameras and Noise Sensors
Please note that surveillance cameras are in place to ensure everyone's safety, as well as noise sensors to preserve peace and quiet. These devices in no way encroach on your privacy inside the villa.

6. State of Cleanliness and No Smoking
We kindly ask you to leave the villa in a suitable state of cleanliness upon your departure. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. We encourage you to use the outdoor spaces provided for this purpose and to use ashtrays.

7. Security Deposit and Misuse
A security deposit is requested when booking to cover possible damage, nuisance or degradation. Any breach of the rules will result in deduction or the application of additional charges, depending on the damage observed.

8. Billing for Lost Keys and Reporting Damage
In the event of loss of keys, a fee of €350 per key or order may be charged. Any damage observed must be reported immediately to avoid any misunderstandings later.

Flexible: cancel more than 7 days prior to the event to get 50%* refund of the FULL booking amount (not deposit) and more than 14 days prior to get a 100%* refund of the full booking amount
