I only rent the exterior for events, but possibility of renting a small villa with 9 beds in the property at an additional cost

• I allow music, even very loud music (Rave/DJ style)
• Until Indoors and 04:00 Outdoors

I ask that the places be respected. A deposit of 600 euros will be requested and will be returned on departure after cleaning the premises.
Music is allowed at high volume until 1 a.m. then at lower volume until 4 a.m.
In accordance with law art 1390 of the civil code, the deposit paid will under no circumstances be refunded.

Cancellation

Strict - Strict: cancel more than 30 days prior to the event to get a 50%* refund of the price (full booking amount)

Additional Information

The price is 35 euros per person, this decreases from 70 people. regarding small events for a few people the price will be negotiated with the owner.
