Apartment operated as an office located on the 5th floor of a very beautiful old building with caretaker on rue Herran, a very secure private road and therefore popular with many celebrities (Sophie Marceau lives on the street). It is possible to park a vehicle in the private road.

The space used, with an area of 35m², bathed in light with double exposure, is composed as follows:
- a spacious living room with a large extendable smoked glass table for meetings,
