Our 180 m² villa is located 30 minutes from Montpellier, Nîmes as well as the beaches (La Grande Motte, Palavas, Carnon, Grau du Roi). It is isolated and not overlooked at the level of the terrace and the swimming pool which is on the first floor with a view of the trees, like a house in a forest, a true haven of peace.
The house is new, modern and contemporary. It is 2 minutes from the center of Sommières, a medieval village.
