May I move furniture around on the rooftop?

Yes as long as i) nothing is damaged (some ceramics tables are fragile) ii) everything is set back as you found it and we discuss it before of course

How easy is the access to the rooftop?

The staircase to the rooftop is a normal staircase, reasonably steep but standard steps

Is there water on the rooftop

Yes there is a sink & tap on the dining side as well as another tap on the lounge side

What furniture on the rooftop?

There are: - a large table & chairs/bench for up to 12 people - a foldable round table for up to 5 - a sink, fridge and a plancha - a couple of coffee tables - a very large sofa sitting up to 10 - a small ceramics round table that is fragile (and pretty heavy) - a large sun umbrella that can be moved with high care (that shall never be let open without someone on the rooftop because of possible wind)
