A family house of several generations with a beautiful soul and decorated with many objects, gathered during my trips - a mix of my favorite vacation places: Cadaques, Ibiza, Mexico.
A comfortable urban house, very bright, warm and peaceful - a nice place to live, relax, cook and enjoy a peaceful moment!
A very quiet street, 2 minutes walk from the St Roch train station and 5 minutes from the historical city center.

The house is composed as follows:
- Entrance hall with a staircase leading to the living room.
- Large living room of 45 m², 4,50 m ceiling height, open kitchen and 2 balconies
- Huge glass roof of 3,50 m opening onto a large terrace of 30 m² with a super comfortable double hammock and an electric plancha.
- Rooftop solarium with deckchairs and outdoor shower, ideal for sunbathing or watching the sunset
- Bedroom 1: overlooking the street (very quiet) with a balcony, a double 140 cm bed, cupboard and bathroom with walk-in shower, WC
- Bedroom 2 of 35 m² with 160 cm bed, opening onto the terrace with its dressing room and bathroom,
- Office space open to the living room, cocooning 90 cm sofa-bed with a connected TV, WC
- Bedroom 3: under the roof of 30 m² with air conditioning and 2 skylights, equipped with electric roller shutters, a Nespresso coffee machine, a bathtub, and a 160 cm double bed

Possibility to have an access to the house's secure garage to park up to 2 cars and to the laundry room with its washing machine and dryer - for a supplementary fee.
