This new, refurbished venue in the Gare District offers a superb private terrace of more than 50 m², a bar, and different spaces on two levels. It will be suitable for exhibitions as well as conferences, pop-up events, festivals, team-buildings, seminars, wardrobe clearances, etc.

We will provide you with these 150 m² with all the necessary equipment to organize a quality event until 10 PM maximum, to respect the entire building. Do not hesitate to contact us for any questions or rental requests!
