The young and talented Chef Arnaud Tabarec, 37year-old globe-trotter, puts his own spin on the kind of food he loves: simple, delicious and tasty. He proposes a refined and inventive cuisine, with a menu inspired by his travels but also prioritising local and fresh market-bought produce. The concept of sharing is highlighted by some of the signature dishes which are to savoured with friends… The rooftop dining space is the place to be for a private lunch or dinner in a trendy atmosphere.
