Garden with swimming pool and pétanque court at the foot of Marcel Pagnol's hills

Ideally located in the heart of the village of Les Camoins, in a quiet, wooded area, our villa will win you over with its open spaces and uninterrupted views over the hills of Marseille.
Combining modernity and tradition, the 1,700 m² of outdoor space has a sober, elegant style, surrounded by stone walls and small terraces, perfect for a day by the pool, lunch in the shade of the canisses, a game of pétanque with friends or a festive dinner.

The following facilities are at your disposal:

1°) Outside :
- 2 large tables for 10 people + 2 small tables for 4 people, for a total of 25 seats with chairs. It is possible to hire additional equipment (tables, side tables, stand-up tables, etc.). We have a contact for this if necessary.
- 3 wooden deckchairs with mattresses and 2 children's deckchairs;
- 1 set of garden furniture with coffee table;
- 3 large white parasols;
- 2 Weber charcoal barbecues;
- 1 large electric griddle with extension lead.

2°) Interior:
The interior of the villa remains private and is not available for rent, but we do offer you access to a bedroom which includes:
- A fully equipped kitchen with :
Oven, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Two fridge-freezers including a large American fridge for storing meals and drinks, an ice-maker, etc...
- A shower area for swimming in the pool,
- WC

A large private car park with around fifteen spaces + a few spaces available outside the property.

Large petanque area (we can lend you boules if you need them)

This is an ideal venue for family gatherings (christenings, birthdays, etc.) with a reasonable limit of 30 people, 35 maximum.
Children are of course welcome.
