16th-Century Mill in French Vexin for Private & Corporate Events

Just 40 minutes from Porte d'Asnières, in the heart of the French Vexin, discover our 16th-century mill, which has been completely renovated, retaining high-quality period features. Period fireplace and wheel, Burgundy stone floor. Take advantage of the absolute peace and quiet, the verdant setting and the surrounding area offering a multitude of activities for your private or professional events. Horse-riding, ball traps, hiking, cycling, golf, go-karting, boat trips - the region is renowned for its wealth of activities.

Formerly the Château de Théméricourt mill, the stories it preserves are interwoven with the history of the region. Once owned by TF1, the mill was home to many famous guests, including Carlos, before being bought by Jean Sarrut from Les Charlots. It was here that they rehearsed scenes from the film Les Mousquetaires, before being transformed into a family home.

The mill has 4 floors of 100 m2 and two independent flats in the outbuildings, one of which has not been renovated at all.

Inside, you will find spacious rooms:
-On the ground floor, overlooking a square courtyard and a pergola, there is an entrance hall with a mill wheel, a summer kitchen and a bedroom with a four-poster bed, as well as a state-of-the-art spa with counter-current swimming.
- On the 1st floor, a large living room of 65 m2 with fireplace / dining room and kitchen opening onto the south-facing terrace

- on the south side - a large terrace of 150 m² with barbecue, waterfall and pool, overlooking the swimming pool and a large plot of 3000 m² with a majestic stone esacelier bordered by poplars.
- north side - pergola with barbecue, pizza oven, paved courtyard, waterfalls and two outbuildings

- For short or low-budget events, we prefer to hire the outside areas.

* For budgets in excess of €10,000, for multi-day rentals, and for photo shoots and filming, we will agree to provide access to all indoor spaces as well.
