The 100 m² flat has three rooms, one overlooking the street, the other two blind. The space has three distinct areas with 3 different wall atmospheres: painted brick, rough walls with peeling paint, and stone walls.

Enjoy the link between popular Mediterranean craftsmanship and contemporary decoration in this completely renovated space. The owners wanted to keep the spaces as simple as possible, play with the textures of the walls and keep a raw, natural feel, creating the ideal space for film shoots, photo shoots and creative workshops. Here, the old and the new are in constant dialogue.

In the living room, the decorative fireplace stands out for its sobriety, adding a modern touch without overshadowing the Italian-style paintings on the ceiling. Everything here breathes the air of the gentle climate of the South, from the antiques and furniture designed by the creators of this Mediterranean cocoon to the intangible ceramics with their recognisable shapes. Natural materials and soft colours create an authentic, enveloping atmosphere, right down to the smallest detail.
