This 300 m² Parisian house, dating from the 18th century, can accommodate up to 11 guests in its 6 bedrooms (5 double bedrooms in the main house and 1 single bedroom in the garden). A studio overlooking the courtyard is also available on request at an additional cost.

The property includes a 350 m² private garden with no overlooking neighbours, where only the birds and the bells of the nearby church can be heard. The outdoor area is furnished with garden furniture, a dining area and a swimming pool heated to 30°C all year round, offering a real break from nature in the heart of the city. There is also a fitness room next to the swimming pool (elliptical trainer, weight bench with dumbbells, yoga mat).

For events and meetings, the house can accommodate 10 to 15 people for indoor meetings, up to 20 people for breakfast, lunch or dinner indoors, 40 people for a cocktail party indoors, and up to 70 people for a cocktail party outdoors. Music is only allowed as background music until 11 pm.
