19th-century château with reception room and exceptional amenities

Our château, built in 1824 and completely renovated, offers you a memorable stay in an atmosphere of classic elegance. Situated in one of the Gironde's finest wine-growing regions, it offers a cellar that can be converted into a reception room and accommodation for 8 people.

For a minimum stay of 2 nights, and a maximum of 8 people, the château offers you the chance to use the entire château for your private functions, and to take advantage of its exceptional location and top-of-the-range services.

You'll spend your stay in the heart of the wine estate, and can organise your stay to discover the estate and the region as you wish.

The tastefully decorated stone entrance sets the tone. To the right, the dining room with its fireplace, then the kitchen, are just waiting to welcome guests. To the left, the large living room with its Italian furniture and intimate smoking room-library invites you to relax. Two cosy single-storey bedrooms (18 m² and 19 m²) overlook the courtyard and vineyards. Upstairs, two comfortable suites (42 m² and 24 m² respectively) offer a taste of château life. The muted tones are brought to life by the vibrant colours of the Afghan rugs sourced in London, the antique furniture and top-of-the-range contemporary bedding, the softness of the embroidered linen... everything evokes discreet luxury and refinement.

Finally, the top floor features a huge games room with XXL sofas, a flat-screen TV and board games (backgammon, tarot, chess, etc.): perfect for a unique moment with friends or family of all generations.

Breakfasts included in the rental price, served between 8am and 10am in the Château dining room. Rooms cleaned daily.

Visit to the cellar and vineyards and tasting of a selection of wines from the Vignobles offered.

A little extra: a basket of market produce with a chef's recipe can be provided on arrival (on request)!

Just 45 minutes from Bordeaux Centre, Bordeaux Mérignac airport and Saint-Jean railway station, the Château welcomes you all year round.

Located in Lamarque along the Gironde estuary, you'll appreciate the peace and quiet of the estate and its superb wooded grounds.

Between Saint-Julien, Margaux and Moulis, it is an excellent base from which to explore the region of the world's most prestigious communal appellations. Its proximity to the small port of Lamarque also makes it easy to escape to the right bank, to Blaye, by ferry, which operates up to 14 times a day in season.
