Located in the canton of Fayence, on the heights of Fréjus/St Raphael, the villa La Renaissance is ideally situated in the middle of the woods, away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities and the traffic. The villa can accommodate up to 50 people (including adults and children) for both indoor and outdoor events, and its seven bedrooms can sleep up to 15 people.

Throughout the year, the villa can accommodate you for a minimum of one night in low and mid-season and a minimum of two nights during the summer period from early June to late September, i.e. privatisation of the entire villa for a minimum of 24 hours in low season from 1 October to 31 May, and a minimum of 48 hours in high season from 1 June to 30 September.

Nestling in a green setting, where peace and serenity reign, it is the ideal place to recharge your batteries and relieve the stress of everyday life, with family or friends, but also to celebrate private events (weddings, birthdays, christenings, cousinades, etc.) or business events (well-being, personal development or business seminars, etc.) in small groups.

All set in 5500 m² of grounds with a garden planted with trees, a swimming pool, a bowling green and an XXL plancha, as well as a road and a private car park with no through traffic.

A relaxing break with family and friends is also possible 😊

The only restrictions imposed by the Villa are those of EXTERNAL noise pollution, which, by prefectural decree must cease at 10pm, (no derogation will unfortunately be possible), however this restriction does not apply inside the villa.
