👥 Each additional guest corresponds to an additional regulation adapted to their reception condition, so your number must be EXACT. This can be updated before/after your booking. On NATIVE SPACE we need to issue you a QUOTATION in order to organise your stay, for this we need to know; your exact number, your arrival/departure dates and times, the options or additional services chosen? ➕ You will need to pay extra for extra people staying overnight: +50€ / person / night bed linen and towels included (Up to 18 people) +30€ / person / night extra mattress and bed linen included (up to 21 people) 20€ / person / night bedding and bed linen NOT included (Up to 30 people) Over and above the number of people staying on site : +5€ / guest / day on the indoor/outdoor ground floor as part of an event booking. (They are therefore NOT allowed on the upper floors of the villa). ℹ️ Our rates are adapted to any additional persons as this also implies additional charges for preparation, water, electricity, cleaning, linen, etc. 🕰️ The usual arrival time is from 5pm and the departure time is before 12pm, but it is FLEXIBLE if you wish and as far as possible, depending on the bookings before and after yours. For an extra charge of +€30/hour to cover any additional charges or compensation that may be required to block or change bookings around yours. This also means that we can sometimes accept 1-day/night bookings, as this involves a lot of work over several days before/after each booking, rather than having to force bookings to a minimum of 2 or 3 nights.
