Wilde is an exceptional place, located in one of the most beautiful streets of the historic Marais in Paris, which has just been completely renovated while respecting its identity.

The place, whose facade is listed, is located in the building where the Couperin brothers, famous organists, harpsichordists and composers of baroque music under Louis XIV, lived.

With a total surface area of 210m² spread over 6 communicating rooms, 4 on the ground floor (140m2) and 2 on the first floor and an alcove (70m2), fully equipped, overlooking the street and the garden, this space is intended for those involved in the world of art, fashion, lifestyle, sport and corporate events, in search of a unique place.

The distribution of the place into 6 communicating rooms is a plus for events, exhibitions, pop-ups, cocktails, featuring different worlds or themes.

- The place is rented in its entirety (210m2); - The minimum rental period is 8 consecutive hours per day; - The pricing of the place varies in particular depending on the high or low periods and the nature of the occupant's activity (fashion, art, events); - During “peak periods” (Main Parisian cultural events: Fashion week, Artbasel, ArtParis, Paris art design, Paris photo, etc.), in principle the venue cannot be rented for a duration less than the official duration of these events, at the rate specific to these periods. * Prices during peak periods are communicated on request. - In “low periods” the place is rented at least by the day, weekly rental is favored; * For example, rental for a pop-up: €15K excluding tax/week (This price indication does not apply to the 2024 Olympics period.) NB. ? The prices indicated are excluding tax and commission included; ? Prices include the supply of consumables (soap, paper towels, etc. a tea and coffee basket is provided, consumption beyond that is extra); ? Prices include the supply of fluids (heating, water, electricity) and a customary cleaning before entering the premises (additional cleaning, at the expense of the occupant, may be requested by the latter during the duration of occupancy, or required if the condition of the place requires it after leaving the place); ? Prices do not include the rental of additional furniture (tables, chairs, etc.) and services that the occupant may need during the occupancy (buffet, drinks, management, etc.). In this regard, for any additional service to the rental of the venue (buffet, drinks, musicians, DJ, audio/video/lighting equipment, security/security etc.) we can put you in contact with the partner service providers that we have selected – The place is equipped with 3 anti-intrusion systems, 2 for the ground floor and one for the Showroom on the first floor);

Cancellation Policy

Strict : If the booker cancels up to 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels 30 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
