Enjoy a change of scenery in a beautiful house built of tuffeau, the emblematic stone of the Loire Valley, with kitchen, living-dining room, fireplaces, bathroom and bedrooms, set in 1,800 m² of grounds, including a landscaped garden, swimming pool, terraces and a lean-to that can accommodate 10 people. The estate also extends to 5,000 m² of fields and 7,400 m² of vines🍇, offering a true immersion in nature.
There are plenty of activities on offer: beach volleyball, pétanque, table tennis, darts...and a meeting room is available, complete with TV screen, speaker and microphone , with seating for 10 or standing room for 15. Thanks to a partnership with Tours2Loc, you can adapt the covered areas to suit the number of guests.

A picnic based on local produce from "Des Poules et des Vignes", prepared by the chef at the "Nuances" restaurant, delicious burgers from "Chez Dom" or a home chef. We also organise cellar visits and Bourgueil wine tastings, and if you feel like it, you can taste our vintages on site 🍷
Easy access: By car: 30 minutes from Tours/Saumur, 15 minutes from the A85 exits (Langeais/Bourgueil), 3 hours from Paris (A10). By train: 2 hours from Paris, close to Coteaux-Sur-Loire and Saint-Patrice stations (transfers on request).
