The house adjoins the Cannes-Mougins golf course, in the chic Saint-Basile district and 5 minutes from the old village of Mougins. It has a 42 m² living-dining room, a kitchen (real living room) with central island and very convivial bar (possibility of culinary demonstrations), a teak terrace, a 1500 m² garden and a swimming pool. Possibility of using a 16 m² glass roof.

Cancellation Policy

Moderate: If the booker cancels up to 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 90% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels between 14 and 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels 14 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
