Custom rules

Total cancellation:
The customer can cancel the event without charge up to 90 days before the event.
In this case, the security deposit collected by the hotel upon signature of the contract will be fully refunded.
- Between 90 and 60 days before the event, 50% of the projected amount will be charged.
- Between 60 and 30 days before the event, 70% of the projected amount will be charged.
- Less than 30 days before the event, 100% of the provisional amount will be charged.


Annulation totale:
Le client peut annuler l'évènement sans frais jusqu'à 90 jours avant l'évènement.
Dans ce cas, le dépôt de garantie perçu par l'hôtel à la signature du contrat sera intégralement remboursé.
- Entre 90 et 60 jours avant l'évènement, 50% du montant prévisionnel sera facturé.
- Entre 60 et 30 jours avant l'évènement, 70% du montant prévisionnel sera facturé.
- A moins de 30 jours de l'évènement, 100% du montant prévisionnel sera facturé.
