- la location est strictement limitée au triple séjour avec un accès aux WC. Merci de respecter les espaces privés.
- merci de laisser l'espace comme vous l'avez trouvé.
- prière de respecter les horaires convenues, les check-in et check-out, et prévenir l'hôte en cas de contretemps ou si vous avez besoin de plages horaires supplémentaires.
- appartement non fumeur / non vapoteur. Il est permis de fumer en extérieur uniquement (pas d'attroupement devant la porte de l'immeuble, possibilité de fumer sur les balcons).
- merci de penser au voisinage et respecter les espaces communs.
- merci de respecter et ne pas endommager l'espace, le mobilier et les équipements. Toute perte ou dommage engendrera un prélèvement sur la caution.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible:If the booker cancels up to 14 days before the event, they will be refunded 90% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels between 7 and 14 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels 7 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
