This is a cultural space located in the heart of Paris, a stone's throw from the Gare du Nord station.
On the 5th floor of a modern building, we can organise your event in an open green space that can be set up for a cocktail party, conference or meal.

A 90 m² room and a 90 m² rooftop are available for your events.

Cancellation Policy

Moderate: If the booker cancels up to 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 90% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels between 14 and 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels 14 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.

Note that a non-refundable fee of 10% is applicable to all cancellations. Check our full Cancellation Policy
