This bright, attractively furnished 2-bedroom flat is located on the 9th and top floor of a building with lift access, in the lively 20th arrondissement of Paris. Carefully designed and with a private terrace offering breathtaking views over the city, it is the ideal starting point for comfortably accommodating 4 to 6 people for a meeting, and up to 20 for a cocktail party or dinner on the terrace.

The cosy lounge welcomes you with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, lush indoor plants and tasteful decoration, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. For added comfort, air conditioning is available in the lounge and bedrooms.

The flat has two fully furnished bedrooms, each with direct access to the terrace. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a trundle bed, a dedicated workspace with a desk and an en suite bathroom, ideal for guests or working remotely.

Please note that the terrace is for quiet enjoyment only and cannot be used for gatherings of more than twenty people.

Secure on-site parking is available for €35 per day.

This property is a principal residence and is only available for a few weeks a year, in accordance with the Loi Le Meur (December 2024).

Please note: Although no cats will be present during your stay, the flat is home to cats most of the year and may therefore not be ideal for allergy sufferers. However, they will be happy to stay with you if you would like a warm and cosy home-from-home atmosphere.
