Villa on stilts

After 3 years of construction, a famous French engineer inaugurated this magnificent villa on stilts in 1981.
Situated in an exceptional location between the Sofitel Vieux-Port and Fort Ganteaume, the villa is unique in Marseille.
Its interior, modelled on a submarine, is as fascinating as its owner's story: diving equipment, coral reefs and souvenirs of exotic voyages make it a museum in themselves. It's a place where you can dive into deep waters while staying on dry land!
