Old house of approximately 160 m2, dating from 1850 which has been renovated in recent years. It can accommodate up to 12 people. 4 bedrooms: 3 doubles + 1 dormitory - 2 bathrooms.

The house is located in a closed area, sheltered from the wind, on a plot of over 5,000 m2.

The town of Richerenches will appeal to lovers of cultural or gastronomic tourism with the richness of its land: vines, truffles, fruits, etc., only 8 km from the Chateau de Grignan!

Cancellation Policy

Moderate: If the booker cancels up to 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 90% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels between 14 and 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels 14 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
