The villa offers breathtaking sea views. Located near Bastia, completely renovated by the Take Off studio.

Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace by the infinity pool overlooking a citrus fruit garden. Above the pool, a vast, well-lit outdoor space leads to a covered lounge area and a summer kitchen.

Inside, a 60 m² reception area is extended by a well-equipped open-plan kitchen.
5 spacious bedrooms, including 3 suites with en suite bathrooms, complete the living space.
Depending on your requirements, we can provide 2 enclosed garages that can be used as a technical base.

Our villa is located in a peaceful residential area, where respect for peace and quiet is paramount. Please ensure that you do not disturb the peace and quiet after 10pm. To guarantee this peace and quiet, a sound level meter connected to our concierge service has been installed to ensure that noise levels are respected. We would also like to inform you that outside music is not permitted and that parties are not allowed. Finally, for everyone's comfort, we ask that the number of people present on the terraces is in line with the villa's occupancy capacity.

The villa's swimming pool is equipped with a heat pump. If you wish to use it, you must request it at least two days before the start of your stay. Please note that activating the heat pump will incur an additional cost of €250 per week, which will be charged extra.
During the summer the pool does not need to be heated.
