A unique and atypical estate made up of tastefully renovated former resin huts in the middle of a pine forest. These cabins form a totally isolated hamlet, yet close to all amenities.

We are 300 m from the Dune du Pilat in the middle of 13 hectares of forest in a haven of peace. The site comprises 4 former top-of-the-range resin-workers' cabins, a large terrace and a landscaped area that can be converted.

Cancellation Policy

Moderate: If the booker cancels up to 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 90% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels between 14 and 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels 14 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
