THE ESTATE
Located in the town of Dourdan, on the edge of the forest, and completely renovated, the estate can help you organise your conferences, meetings, team building or any other event of your choice.
Less than an hour from Paris, accessible by train or car, ideal for a getaway in the heart of nature.

The estate comprises the "manoir", "la petite maison" and 7 hectares of manicured parkland.

- The Manor House, freshly renovated, is now available with its large volumes, its exceptional decoration and its 5 bedrooms.
- The petite maison offers spacious living areas and 3 bedrooms.
- Each building has its own kitchen, lounge and terrace overlooking the estate.

You can rent the rooms separately, or use the entire estate for your corporate seminars, team-building events, film shoots, photo shoots, etc.

On request, we can arrange for a chef to complement your stay with gourmet meals and breaks.

OUR ACTIVITIES
We offer several group activities during your stay on our estate, including :

- Equicoaching: work on yourself in the presence of horses and with a professional coach, photo shoots and filming. Activity organised by the Blumenfeld stable (neighbouring stable and partner of the estate)

- Nature walks (Dourdan forest)

- Yoga coaching: yoga classes tailored to your needs

- Singing coaching: singing lessons to suit your level

- Martial Arts coaching: group Muay Thai classes in the wild, given by a former professional fighter

- Cross training en nature: group lessons given by a professional coach

Please note that these activities are not included in the rental price of the estate and are only organised on request.
You are also free to organise your own activity. We'll do our utmost to ensure that you can enjoy it in the best possible conditions.

TRANSPORT
By car - Just 44 km south-west of Paris, it's a 50-minute drive via the A10 motorway.

By train - You can also reach us by taking the direct TER train from Austerlitz station:
3 direct trains a day on average, sometimes more.

8.30am / 1.57pm / 8pm
Dourdan - Paris Gare d'Austerlitz :
9am / 1pm / 6pm
