About the venue

The gallery is located at the corner of two streets (pan coupé) in the centre of Bordeaux.

It consists of a large room - with a space that can be used as a counter, cash desk or office - and a small back office (water point, WC, storage space).

All the windows can be blacked out for filming, photography, performances or screenings.

The space is air-conditioned.

As an option, a flat - accessible from the storeroom and equipped with a large kitchen - can be added to the rental package.

Cancellation Policy

Moderate: If the booker cancels up to 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 90% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels between 14 and 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels 14 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
