At the end of a tree-lined courtyard in the heart of Paris, enjoy the off-site experience without the constraints of moving outside Paris.
This former artist's studio has been converted into a 200 m² loft on two levels, with a glass roof and high ceilings. Lots of natural light thanks to the numerous Velux windows.
Make the most of the 100 m² of living space on the ground floor, which is fully flexible. There's a fully equipped kitchen and changing rooms with showers. Bonus: a 70 m² yoga studio upstairs.

Pour la réservation, nous vous mettons une option sur la date que vous souhaitez, et si quelqu’un d’autre s’intéresse à celle-ci, nous vous en informons et vous aurez 24h pour confirmer ou non votre réservation. Afin de confirmer la réservation, Il faudra nous retourner le devis et contrat de location signés ainsi que verser un acompte de 50% du montant de la location. Puis régler le restant au moins 1 jour avant votre événement.
Rules
Smoking / vaping not allowed
Music allowed, but only low volume (cocktail / dinner style)
Music allowed until :
Indoor music allowed until 10:00pm
Outdoor music allowed until 10:00pm
Cancellation Policy
Moderate: If the booker cancels up to 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 90% of the full price of the booking.
If the booker cancels between 14 and 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.
If the booker cancels 14 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
Note that a non-refundable fee of 10% is applicable to all cancellations. Check our full Cancellation Policy
